Roland/boss offers two types of sturdy metal pedal switches for different applications; the fs-5u (silver) is a “discontinuous” pedal switch, and the fs-5l (black) is a continuous pedal switch with an LED status indicator; both models can be connected with standard guitar cables; please refer to compatibility in your user manual.
